Voter Information Letters for the 2026 Gananoque municipal and school board election are expected to begin arriving in the mail October 5th. The Town says eligible electors should keep their letter safe, as it contains the information and personal identification number needed to vote.
Online and telephone voting will be available beginning October 19th at 10 a.m., with voting closing October 26th at 8 p.m. There will be no paper ballots. Voters are reminded not to share their PIN.
Anyone needing voting assistance or a replacement Voter Information Letter can visit Town Hall at 30 King Street East during designated hours from October 19th through election day. Identification is required. Election officials can also be reached at 613-382-2149, extensions 1120 or 1115.
