A 37-year-old Gananoque resident was held for a show-cause bail hearing after failing to appear in court.
Gananoque Police say the individual was scheduled to appear in court on August 21st in connection with charges including operation while impaired by alcohol and drugs, operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration over 80, two counts of failing to comply with a probation order, and mischief under $5,000.
After the court appearance was missed, a bench warrant was issued.
Police say the accused attended the Gananoque Police station on August 25th to turn themselves in.
The individual was taken into custody and held for a show-cause bail hearing.
