There’s plenty happening around Gananoque and the Thousand Islands over the coming days, with free activities for families and opportunities for seniors to get out and socialize.
Leeds and the Thousand Islands Public Libraries are offering some free PA Day fun on Monday, October 26th, at the Lansdowne and Lyndhurst branches. Drop in anytime between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. for dragon crafts, a dragon search-and-find activity, LEGO and books.
Meanwhile, seniors aged 55 and older can check out the Wrinkle Room upstairs at the Gananoque Legion, with plenty to see and do.
The Gananoque Legion is also hosting an afternoon of euchre on Monday, starting at 1 p.m.
If cribbage is more your game, head to the Seeley’s Bay Legion on Tuesday for a few hands. Or, if you prefer bridge, you can join fellow players in Gananoque.
Both the cribbage and bridge activities get underway at 1 p.m., and everyone is welcome.
