The Town of Gananoque is preparing to close its multi-use courts for the season, with tennis, pickleball and basketball facilities set to shut down in November.
Weather permitting, the courts will close starting Monday, November 16th, and remain closed through the winter months.
The Town says the facilities are expected to reopen in May 2027, marking the start of next year’s outdoor recreation season.
Municipal officials are thanking all user groups for contributing to a successful 2026 season.
Residents will be notified through the Town’s website and social media channels when the courts reopen in the spring.
For information about other recreation opportunities, including bookings, ice rentals and schedules, residents can visit the Town of Gananoque’s official website.
