Gananoque Chevrolet is set to expand their business for the future, while also trying to keep a popular business in operation. With the roll out of electric vehicles Gan Chev has purchased the nearby Dairy Queen property on King Street to have a dedicated charging area for the vehicles. Questions have been raised regarding the future of Dairy Queen. Director of Operations at Gan Chev Jamie Hall said in a statement, that plans are to find a new active location for D-Q, which may see a future drive thru only location. Gan Chev officially takes over the DQ property in November.
