Police have arrested Ivan Belknap, a federal offender who went unlawfully at large on November 1, 2024. The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad found Belknap in Kingston and took him into custody.
Belknap is serving a two-year sentence for firearm and weapon-related crimes, including possession of prohibited and unauthorized firearms and violating prohibition orders.
The R.O.P.E. Squad thanked the public and media for helping in the investigation.
