Kingston Health Sciences Centre was recently announced as one of the top 40 research hospitals across Canada. Kingston landed 23rd on the list marking the 13th consecutive year for this accomplishment. Dr. Steven Smith shared his thoughts.
Smith says the funding of over $37 million dollars annually, an 18 percent increase, has helped.
their position on the list is a perfect fit according to Smith.
With all the success at KHSC, Smith says this is a total team effort and has a long list of people to thank.
