The Town of Gananoque has announced a planned service disruption due to upcoming concrete and asphalt work scheduled from April 23 to May 23, 2025. The work will affect several streets throughout the town, and temporary detour routes will be implemented as needed. Residents and visitors are asked to follow all posted signage during this time.
The impacted areas include various locations along King Street East, as well as William Street, James Street South at Pine Street East, Elizabeth Street at Pine Street East, Stone Street North, Fourth Street, Adelaide Street, Garden Street at Herbert Street, Herbert Street, and Centre Street.
This essential infrastructure work is being carried out by the Town and its contractor to maintain and improve roadway conditions. The Town of Gananoque thanks everyone for their patience and cooperation during the project and encourages drivers to plan alternate routes where possible.
