Starting August 3, the Town of Gananoque will change the operating hours of public washrooms at two key locations. The washrooms at the ball field behind Town Hall (30 King Street East) and those behind the Arena (600 King Street East) will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily. These facilities will be closed overnight moving forward.
For visitors needing washroom access outside these hours, alternative facilities are available. The Visitors Center offers washrooms from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., while Joel Stone Beach washrooms are open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Residents and visitors are encouraged to plan accordingly to avoid inconvenience during the new restricted hours. The town thanks everyone for their understanding during this change.
