The Township of Leeds and Thousand Islands (TLTI) has opened the Fall intake for its Community Improvement Plan (CIP), inviting property owners to apply until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, September 5, 2025.
The CIP offers grants through five financial incentive programs aimed at enhancing properties and businesses across the township.
The program supports improvements that contribute to the overall development and revitalization of the community.
Property owners interested in upgrading their buildings or businesses are encouraged to apply.
