The Town of Gananoque will begin removing the King Street Pedestrian Bridge on Tuesday, September 2. The work, being carried out by Strong Bros. Contracting Ltd., is expected to last approximately 17 weeks.
During construction, drivers and pedestrians can expect intermittent traffic delays and detours in the area. Residents and commuters are urged to drive carefully and follow all posted signage to ensure the safety of workers and the public.
The Town thanks the community for their patience and understanding. Updates on the project’s status will be provided throughout the construction period.
