September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, and the Town of Gananoque is joining the effort to raise awareness and show support for those affected.
Throughout the month, Town Hall will be illuminated in blue as part of the national “Light Up in Blue” campaign.
Prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer among Canadian men, with 1 in 8 facing a diagnosis in their lifetime.
The initiative encourages residents to learn more, support research, and stand with those battling the disease.
