Outdoor rinks are open again in Leeds and Grenville, offering residents a chance to enjoy skating at Jerry Park in Lansdowne and Jonas Street Park in Lyndhurst. A special thank-you goes to Leeds Fire Services for their invaluable help flooding the Jerry Park rink, ensuring a smooth ice surface for the community.
While a few rough patches remain, the rinks are ready for fun on the ice. Skaters are encouraged to bundle up, dress warmly, and bring their skates to enjoy some outdoor activity during the winter months.
Officials remind everyone to skate safely, share the ice with others, and be mindful of fellow skaters. With community support and teamwork, these rinks are ready to provide hours of winter enjoyment for all ages.
