Skating is popular in the Town of Gananoque and the Gan 401 Rink is offering a Learn to Skate program at their location just off the Highway 401 off ramp in Gananoque. Sharon Nixon from the Kingston Skating Academy has the details.
Nixon says children of all ages are welcome to join this fun atmosphere.
Nixon has the details on how to get one of those limited spots for your child.
Six skaters are on the ice at each time with three coaches on the ice at all times. The rink is a smaller scale with brand new lighting a heated viewing area plus change rooms and bathrooms. Sessions run every Sunday from 9am until noon and meet their on ice mascot Gino the Giraffe.
