Gananoque Police Service responded to a report on March 21, 2026, regarding a person threatening to harm another individual over ongoing excessive noise. Following their investigation, officers arrested a 44-year-old resident of Montreal.
The individual was charged with uttering threats causing death or bodily harm. After processing, they were released on an appearance notice and are scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
