The Township of Leeds and Thousand Islands is seeking applications to fill a vacant Council seat in Ward 1 following the recent departure of Councillor Jeff Lackie.
Qualified residents interested in serving on Council are invited to apply for the position, which will help represent Ward 1 and participate in municipal decision-making for the township.
Application packages are available electronically through the Township’s Council page or in person at the administrative office. Packages will be available for pickup until Wednesday, April 29.
Completed applications must be submitted by 4 p.m. on April 29.
The Township encourages eligible residents to consider applying for this opportunity to serve their community and take part in local governance.
