The Howe Island County Ferry will be temporarily out of service on Tuesday, April 28 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. due to scheduled maintenance.
Officials say the brief shutdown is necessary to ensure the continued safe and reliable operation of the ferry system.
Residents and commuters who rely on the service are encouraged to plan ahead and adjust travel schedules during the maintenance window.
Service is expected to resume shortly after 1:00 p.m., barring any unforeseen delays.
