It was a packed Lou Jeffries Arena this past Sunday in Gananoque for the first ever Comicon by Pop Culture Canada. Collectors and enthusaists were on hand to find something new and maybe find something they used to have as a child. One vendor on hand was Artist Ambitious Anthony, who had this to say about Gananoque.
Special guest was Alyson Court, best known for her roles on The Big Comfy Couch and the voice of Lydia Deets from the Beetlejuice cartoon. She told us what she has been doing recently.
Court told us what she enjoys about these events.
Pop Culture Canada officials were pleased with the event overall. Court added that she looks forward to this becoming an annual tradition in Gananoque. Along with Comicon, a family friendly wrestling show entertained the fans in the evening. Plenty of videos and pictures are available on our Facebook page.
