Motorists travelling through Ivy Lea are being advised to expect temporary traffic delays as parking area upgrades continue along Ivy Lea Road.
The Township of Leeds and Thousand Islands says the work is expected to continue until June 30, 2026, although the schedule remains dependent on weather conditions and available resources.
Drivers are being reminded to obey all traffic control signs, follow directions from flaggers, and give workers and construction equipment plenty of space while travelling through the area.
Township officials say the improvements are part of ongoing maintenance and infrastructure upgrades. Residents and visitors are encouraged to plan ahead and allow extra travel time while the work is underway.
