A local presentation exploring the history and future of Half Moon Bay is set for this weekend in Gananoque. Titled “Half Moon Bay: the Past, the Present, the Future,” the event will be led by George Horton and Karen Wand.
It takes place Saturday, June 20, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Thousand Islands Boat Museum’s Blue Building.
Organizers say space is limited and advance registration is required by email or phone. Attendees are invited to learn more about the bay’s evolution and ongoing preservation efforts.
Donations will be accepted to support Half Moon Bay initiatives and community awareness projects.
