Here’s what’s happening in Gananoque and the Thousand Islands:
It’s opening day for the annual Gananoque Ribfest Friday June 26th. Starting at 11am at the Lou Jeffries Arena. For a full schedule of events including live entertainment, head to the Community Calendar portion of our website at Gananoquenow.ca. Ribfest runs until Sunday June 28th.
Brockville Ontario Speedway will have double features plus a regular show this Saturday at 6pm. The Modifieds, Sprint Cars and Novice Sportsman will all run their held over events to start the night making it a full evening of racing action.
The Lansdowne Garden Tour will take place this Saturday June 27th from 10am until 3pm. Bring a picnic lunch for the family and explore some beautiful gardens in the Village of Lansdowne.
The first Half Moon Bay Service will take place this Sunday at 4pm with water shuttle service at the Water Street Dock in Gananoque at 3pm. Reverend Marianne Carr will be on hand from Presbyterian Church in Brockville. Live music provided by Robyn Barker-Ableson
