Hydro One crews are continuing restoration efforts following recent storms that caused damage to trees, property, and power lines across Gananoque and surrounding areas.
While most customers have had power restored, some rural communities in the Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands remain without electricity. Several island properties are also still affected, with restoration efforts pending safe access to impacted locations.
Crews say they are working as quickly and safely as possible to restore remaining outages.
Residents are encouraged to check Hydro One’s outage map for the latest updates on local service interruptions and estimated restoration times as they become available.
