Motorists in the Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands are being advised of a temporary road closure on Russel Road between Sand Bay and Dulcemaine.
The closure is required to allow crews to complete a cross-culvert replacement project. Work will take place daily from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. beginning today and continuing until the project is completed.
Drivers are asked to follow all traffic control signs, obey directions from flag persons, and use caution when travelling near the work area.
The Township thanks residents and motorists for their patience and cooperation while this important road maintenance project is underway.
