The Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands is making temporary parking changes to accommodate visitors attending the Lansdowne Fair.
From July 16 to July 19, the Township’s parking by-law will be suspended, allowing parking on both sides of local Township roads.
However, no parking will be permitted on King Street west of Prince Street or on Prince Street between King Street and County Road 3 (Outlet Road). Motorists are also asked to avoid parking at the end of Church Street near County Road 3.
The Township is reminding visitors to park responsibly, avoid blocking driveways, leave room at intersections, and follow all posted parking restrictions while enjoying the fair.
