Three Gananoque residents are facing charges following a reported break and enter at a local residence.
Gananoque Police say officers responded to a 9-1-1 call on July 17, 2026, after receiving a report that a break and enter had just occurred. Police say suspects were leaving the scene when officers were called.
The investigation determined three people allegedly entered the residence without permission, and one suspect allegedly struck the homeowner before leaving.
Police arrested one person when they arrived, while two others later turned themselves in at the police station.
A 29-year-old and 45-year-old from Gananoque were charged with unlawfully in a dwelling house. A 20-year-old from Gananoque faces charges of unlawfully in a dwelling house and assault.
All three were released on undertakings with conditions.
