The Town of Gananoque is advising pedestrians of a temporary sidewalk closure on King Street East while construction work continues.
The sidewalk in front of 575 King Street East will remain closed through August 13 as crews complete concrete work in the area.
During the closure, pedestrians are being asked to use the sidewalk on the north side of King Street East to safely travel through the construction zone.
The temporary disruption is part of ongoing infrastructure improvements and is expected to remain in place until the work is finished.
The Town thanks residents, businesses and visitors for their patience and cooperation and reminds everyone to follow posted signs and exercise caution when travelling near the work area.
