The Town of Gananoque is advising residents and visitors of a temporary disruption at Joel Stone Heritage Park.
Sections of pathways throughout the park will be temporarily closed while the Town and its contractor complete concrete restoration work. The closures are in effect today through August 12.
Residents and visitors using the park are asked to avoid the designated work areas while construction is underway. The Town is also reminding everyone to follow all posted signage and use caution around the work zones.
The temporary closures are needed to allow crews to safely complete the restoration work and are expected to remain in place until the project is finished.
The Town thanks residents and visitors for their patience and cooperation during the work and encourages everyone to respect the closures to help keep both the public and construction crews safe.
