The Gananoque Police Service has charged a 41-year-old local resident following a graffiti investigation at an apartment building.
Police say they received a report of graffiti on August 2, 2026. Video and photographic evidence allegedly identified the accused, who had previously been charged in June in connection with the same offence.
The 41-year-old was arrested and charged with Mischief – destroys or damages property.
Police say the accused was released on an undertaking with conditions.
The investigation highlights the role that video and photographic evidence can play in identifying those responsible for property damage.
