Boaters in Gananoque are being advised of a temporary closure at the River Street Boat Launch.
The Town of Gananoque says access to the boat launch will remain closed through Tuesday, August 25th, while a contractor completes required repairs.
Residents and visitors are asked to avoid the launch area during the disruption and make alternate arrangements for launching their boats.
The Town says the closure is necessary to allow the work to be completed safely and efficiently.
The municipality is thanking residents and boaters for their patience and understanding while the repairs are underway.
The launch is expected to reopen once the work has been completed.
