Road closures and lane restrictions are expected in Lansdowne as work begins on the Lansdowne Water Storage and Booster Pump Station project.
Construction starts Monday, September 28th, with crews working in several areas of the community. Residents and motorists can expect activity on Ivan Street, King Street West, Church Street and Garden Street as the project gets underway.
The Township says the progress of the work will depend on weather conditions, available manpower and construction schedules.
Traffic control measures will be in place throughout the work areas. Drivers are being asked to reduce their speed, use caution and obey flag persons directing traffic.
Motorists should expect some delays and allow additional time when travelling through the affected areas.
