Local businesses and entrepreneurs can learn how to create professional-looking promotional materials during a free Canva workshop in Gananoque next month.
The hands-on workshop is being offered by Jennifer Baker Consulting (JBC) on Thursday, October 15th, from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Gananoque Public Library at 100 Park Street.
Participants will learn the basics of Canva and how to create eye-catching social media posts, event posters and other promotional designs that reflect their business.
Organizers say the workshop is suitable for beginners as well as those looking to improve their existing design skills. The session is free, but space is limited.
The workshop is being presented in partnership with Downtown Gananoque BIA and the Gananoque Public Library.
