Gananoque Council will meet Wednesday evening with several items on the agenda, including the 2026 municipal election nomination process and a proposal for permanent Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund funding.
Council will also consider a feasibility report for a pump track at the site of the old BMX track.
Other staff reports include a proposed budget deviation for the Tourism Advisory Panel and an application for funding through the Community Sport and Recreation Infrastructure Fund.
The agenda also includes the Gananoque Public Library’s second- and third-quarter reports, along with a presentation on the Town’s 2025 audited financial statements from KPMG.
Mayor John Beddows will make two declarations, including Child Care Worker and Early Childhood Educator Appreciation Day and a declaration against religious violence.
The meeting begins at 5 p.m., following a closed session at 4:30.
