Cats will be the focus of a delegation at tonight’s Leeds and the Thousand Islands Committee of the Whole meeting.
Rob Bickerton is scheduled to appear before council to discuss cats at the Lansdowne Waste Site.
The agenda does not provide further details about the concerns or issues Bickerton plans to raise, but the delegation is listed under the meeting’s Delegations section.
The Committee of the Whole meeting gets underway at 6 p.m. Monday at the Lansdowne Council Chambers.
Other items on the agenda include a recommendation to hire GrantMatch to assist with an application to the Community Sport and Recreation Infrastructure Fund.
The funding would be sought for repair and rehabilitation work at the Lansdowne Community Hall and Library.
Council will also consider a new Commemorative Program Policy and the distribution of more than 10-thousand dollars through the 2026 Community Grants Fall Intake.
The meeting is open to the public, with online participation also available.
